Another beautiful day again today in the Lake District

I had a lovely walk up Skiddaw Mountain today and so pleased that I achieved a goal and that was to walk it in one without stopping. I started from Fitz Park in Keswick, walked under and around Lattrig, up the zig zag path and up to the top via Little Man.

I was on my own as hubby wasn't feeling 100% and we also have very different fitness levels.

I'm really chuffed as this was a personal goal of mine.

I've also added today's steps😀

Thank you Debs and I feel so good about it, it was a personal goal.

I'm sure he will thank you.

The Lake District has to be one of the most beautiful places.

Well done! Sorry your husband couldn’t join you but hope you had company as it looks quite eerie in the fog! Great achievement x

Thank you Caz. The funny thing is where the trig point is on top it was clear but you could see the cloud all around the mountain.

Thank you Ali and glad yiuce enjoyed the photos. As we've both said, the Lake District is beautiful. It's like summer here today.😀

Hey very well done you Alicia and you did it on your own and look at the view that you had! So as well as the satisfaction you have given yourself you deserve to be proud of yourself.

You have had perfect weather this week as well so I am very pleased for you both. 😀

Thank you Jerry. I love to give myself challenges, always looking for a PB😉. I'm not one to compete with others, just myself ha ha.

It's such a beautiful place that I could easily live here.😀

I'm the same Alicia as a personal challenge is so rewarding. I know its lovely there as I've been a few times and you are blessed with this glorious weather.

I hope hubby feels better today too. 😁

It's good to have personal goals.

It's such an amazing place here and we've been coming here since 1999 when our girls were 15 and 17.
