Another ideal day for a walk in the Lake District

A beautiful walk again today around Grasmere and Rydal Water. Very windy and cold on the tops but we should be able to walk up the mountains from Friday onwards as forecast is good.😀

It is a beautiful place. My heart is in the North; my dad was from Durham grandparents Kendal and I have a cousin who lives in Gisburn 12 miles from Skipton. The North is in my blood 😀

I do love the Wainwright mountains and we are hoping to walk up Helvelyn on Friday, lovely mountain😁
