I often mention Lola who is a dog I walk. She is such a loving dog and good fun. I love walking but it’s much nicer if you have a dog with you. Some times in the past when I have been stressed I’ve collected Lola and gone for a walk with her and your worries just evaporate into the air. It’s so good to see her having fun and looking so happy and I get paid to exercise so a winner all round.

Totally agree, walking in the outdoors and with a dog definitely is a stress reliever. Maybe I should become a dog walker.

Have wondered about doing this myself . I’m so fed up with staring at a screen all day long. So unhealthy just sitting for most of the day.

Hey Lola is a sweetie and bursting with energy I really like the monkey cuddling her too.

So I'm not surprised you enjoy walking her whatever the weather as it is a stress buster...and thanks for posting the photo. 😊

She is adorable. Walking my dog is a thing of the past because my balance is bad. l now use a walker & my big boy likes to chase our cats when we are outdoors. (He cuddles & loves them when we are inside.)

I joke that we need to make him a harness & attach it to the walker like a pony cart... l call the walker my chariot.
