I love walking and have recently started a small dog walking company so now I get paid for walking which is great. In my opinion walking is great for fitness and mental health. I walk about 1.5 to 2 hours a day but I think you can benefit from as little as 20 mins. πŸšΆβ€β™‚οΈ
