I cry within so much . The ocd is draining me and the dissociation is to much. The depression and suicidal thoughts follow me and panic and fear . I write this because it helps to know others understand and do not judge as others outside my front door do. I hope everyone is doing as okay..

Just keep battling it out find ways to comfort yourself forget about them outside. Going through similar things with people got to tuff it out .

hey; I suffer with ocd and after my accident it was absolutely ridiculous and I couldn’t really live my life with it as it was affecting me so much. I did a few years of psychology and now life is so much easier to deal with. So I would suggest getting some psychology help for your ocd as it will make a world of difference.
