My apologies for not posting for ages, best wishes to old(and new freinds)I have torn the ligaments in my knee so having to force myself to sit down a lot, doesnt keep me out of mischief though,i can do a lot on laptop/phone....my battles continue im sorry to say,the latest being the confusion about seans planned (and funded foot procedure) with current care home.all i will say is that there was a meeting which resulted in a head of dept left looking like a fool, fail to prepare etc etc...very amusing incident last week with the same and a cupboard(dont ask!)as some of you know, where my son is concerned i dont mess about...soon to be moving to a newly built part of unit sean doing ok.he has to leave as it is clear that he needs to be encouraged to advance as he is lets just say, boisterous(cant think where he gets that from!)he has formed bonds with team members, doesnt like change all that much so doesnt really want to move, but he has to.once he gets his electric wheelchair things will be easier for him.he knows how to use lifts etc so can always go visit upstairs...mr socks i think may be going a little deaf in his old age but he is such a sweetie and does his best not to pull on walks because of my poorly leg.he has been playing with his pal carter this morning so is flat out on his chair, hasnt even eaten his lunch!anyway love to you all, keep the faithxxx

Oh D. ....what a relief seeing your name come up ! But I'm so sorry to hear about your knee injury. I'm the same ; still waiting for treatment on knee after 11 months (hope you're getting treatment much sooner !)

It's just so good to hear from you m'love. I hope Sean's move to another area of the unit will work ok for him and that his foot surgery can be arranged promptly from there.

Do what you need to do for mending your knee. And give Mr Socks a big cuddle from me....

Love as always, E, Xx

Hi D, was getting very worried old friend, glad to see your back. Glad to hear Sean doing ok although on the move again, poor lad he puts down his roots then has to move, but at least he will be able to visit and keep contact. Sorry to hear about your knees, hope you’re not left too long, it’s no fun being in pain. So good to see you back take care love Alice xx
