more bruising

I fell on my head two months ago with severe bruising over one eye and in the eye socket. I had lots of pain and soreness along with a neck injury, physiotherapy is helping. A&E did some x-rays which were good.

Last week a strange feeling like a pressing happened over my eye and a new bruise and black eye is happening. NHS111 told me to consult my GP, and she said to make an appointment if the bruising progresses. I really am wondering why this is happening. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi you could wait a few more days to see if the bruising goes down or go back to A&E to get a CT or MRI scan to find out where the blood that's causing 'spontaneous bruising' is coming from. Do you feel pressure building up in your head?

My head feels better today but I will go to minor injuries at the hospital if I’m not happy with the bruising. I must have a scab under the bruise that cracks open.
