A short post ( I promise)

Wishing all on here a very merry Christmas and a happy new year.

It can be a trying time but we can get through it.

Here's hoping for an even better 2024.

See told you it was a shirt post......for me

It'll be a low key one for us this year, what with my knee injury and many of us hit with heavy colds..

I've managed all the cards, presents online, and Xmas tree but it'll be short visits and lots of tv.

I hope it's a pleasant one for you Pax, whatever yours entails. And let's hope the world starts looking a bit brighter in the new year. Cat x

Merry Christmas Pax

Quiet one here. Son home - still trying to get the last cards out of the door. Trying to find duck to eat on Christmas day.

I tell myself that if these are my biggest problems then I am truly blessed.

Like many of us, I am getting over a severe cold which went to my chest. Can't shake the cough. On ventolin, but otherwise not too bad.

All quiet this morning. Wish everyone a peaceful, manageable time.

Happier and healthier 2024.

Quiet Christmas here. My sister often in my thought, she loved Christmas.

The boys decorated the tree and put up the decorations so it looks lovely and festive. No starlight carols or torchlight parade as bright lights, noise and crowds make me ill, but 2024 is another year forwards.

Have a lovely Christmas Pax, and may 2024 be good to you. x

Merry Christmas to you too I'm stuck in a neuro rehab hospital and not allowed out for Xmas, I'm sad about it but making alternative plans with my family to try and make the best of it. Hope yours is safe and joyful 🌲

Hi Paxo, very best wishes to you & your family. We have short posts in common!

To GardenElf with my son having spent last to two Christmas periods first year in neuro rehab hospital & last year in acute hospital you can and will make the best of it with your family. When faced with difficult health/life challenges everything comes more into perspective & we manage to put a smile on & get through. Hope the New Year is going to be the start of new brighter days.

Take care. Nanapal. x
