Still having headaches.

Its been a few years since I have had my 3 brain ops,and too be honest the pain of my headaches

has been the same.It dont matter what meds I have taken orally the best remedy I have found so far is sleep.I have tried every combination of tablets known to man,but still sleep is my only release.

When I first wake up Its like a timer to when my first head pain starts,and because I have dealt with it so often can judge wether it can be handled with either medication or sleep.If anybody else shares my plight and has a suggestion that is useful please comment.

Have you tried meditation? I know many people poo poo it but it can help. You can find videos on YouTube to get you started.
