Pleased to report(for good or bad)Mr sean is back online posting like a guddun!help for heroes nurse visited y/day and reports he was looking well and ok apart from having no underwear.i just sent msg saying will be there tommorrow and have his back(side)literally covered...I thank you all for concerns,i really am ok but understand that stress will trip me up now and again.I feel that a year has been wasted in his life due to the mismanagement of former unit and know i have enough evidence to prove such.I dont have time to mess around,it is not too much to ask for someone to be shown respect and kindness,i can prove this was not the case.Inspector from c.q.c rang me last night,i dropped the bomb so if the manager and staff of this place are in order and correct then they have nothing to worry about right?I think we should wait and see what happens next...please that its a nice day tommorrow as i intend to take my fresh air hating son into the garden to take a moment to breath ohmmm.(i do have snacks)xxx

Looking good missus...

It's reassuring hearing you recognise and accept the pitfalls of being constantly on full alert and hands on. I'm the same with overstepping my capabilities ; I know there'll be a price to pay, but then there's the expression ...no pain no gain 😉 and you're a force to be reckoned with !

Looks like you're starting over with a clean sheet D. And it's good to hear Sean's in better spirits. I hope he gets some pleasure from venturing outdoors tomorrow ; it'll do him good to feel some sun & fresh air for a change.

Love to you both, E. Xx

Always the balance, DBH. Yes, do bribe Sean with snacks - the price of fresh air is worth it. Though I do get it might be something simple like the feel of the air on his skin just being weird to him. Sensations can take a bit of time to sort. Or maybe light? We do tend to be a sensitive lot.

And exactly right, report and it's on record, if not now it may help someone else in furture..

Hi D, glad to hear your doing ok now, yes stress will take it’s toll and not surprising with what you’ve gone through these past couple of years, but hopefully now you can relax a little your Sean’s on a better level. It says suns going to be out but only thirteen, so bit nippy, so wrap up warm, us northerners used to being cold lol, so good luck getting Sean out lol, I hope his military buddies are visiting again now he’s in a better place, he would benefit so much from them. Hope socks is able to visit too he would love that, as always my friend take extra care love Alice xx
