If U suffer from fatigue please read this - it's not just a nap, it's a complete game changer........

Every time I see someone mentioning suffering from fatigue, I refer them to old posts I have written (save me writing out similar information again & again as I used to ;o) .

Please use the most recent one cos it explains in a bit more detail how it is done properly.

If it is done properly it could well work for you too, as it has for so many people, me in particular & is the reason why I can't advocate this enough.

If U have tried this & it hasn't worked for u, please get in touch & let me kno cos I've had no negative feedback, only positive.
