Hi FlowerPower, really sorry to hear that - unfortunately we don't manage the platform side of things so I'm not sure what might have happened.

Given that this has posted successfully it doesn't look like a problem with the device you're using, so perhaps your internet connection was interrupted when you clicked to post?

You can get help from HealthUnlocked by clicking on your profile icon (usually in the top-right) then selecting 'Help'. You can either search for quick answers there, or click the 'Ask' button and send them a question.

I hope that helps - sorry we can't be more directly useful but fingers crossed you won't have any more technical problems.

Hi FlowerPower. This happened to me a few times 'til I got into the habit of copying the text. As Andrew explains, if there's a momentary weak spot in wifi it'll show itself when asked to access the internet by clicking 'SEND'.

So whenever you send a message on Headway or elsewhere, try copying it before sending. You'll know it's still safe ...and ready for pasting at your leisure ! Cat x

Yes it's soul destroying losing a whole message, especially if your word recall is poor like mine and expressing yourself takes 5 times longer than normal ! 🙄

It's definitely worth the extra few seconds of copy & paste.......x
