Hi Pony,I would try to help but I’m not a surgeon translating all that. Me only speaks a de Englis.

I’ve a head injury, fractured skull and all that. I have constant headaches, grumpy, moody. When I trying to do stuff the pain drains me so much, I’d feel much better running a 10k marathon and be much less worn out.

But seeing it’s the back of his head, start an investigation of your own to pin point if it’s TBI or a deep depression.

I gained a temper so slowly found out it’s better if I don’t speak because my mouth now has no filtering.

It maybe hitting him hard, that he thinks WTF just happened to me.

Google tbi location problems in the pictures. There’s lots of details that you could get to the bottom of it finding what’s wrong inside his brain.

Has someone seen his ears ?

My tinnitus was cause by my bleeding ear that I have tried warm olive in a number of times but doesn’t help.

Tramadol and other pain meds make tinnitus scream like a banchee.

All meds cause side effects. So it’s finding the one with the side effects you can deal with.

May sound crazy but get Kalms helps me chill a bit and stop swearing at annoying people. Make sure he is having his vitamin D because lack of sunlight to our bodies made us depressed. And Garlic either two cloves chopped up or 1000mg plus from shops. That thins out your blood and help get to other parts of your brain making new links from the severed ones..

Also Cinnerazine you can get over the counter for dizziness.

The thing with this is that it stops calcium getting to the brain and so opening up the ventricles making new links around the damaged part of your brain.

The last one can make you tired, so only before sleep.

Oh, both take garlic cos you won’t want to go near him when he’s had it.

Not forgetting Vit B & Follic Acid that always helps me feel better within myself.

If it carries on Amitriptyline is good and not a heavy drug for pain and brain.

Omega 3 fish oil and cod liver oil all help memory improve.

Hope helps a little.

Cheers Big Ears 😁
