Reading back the short version

β€’3 Replies

So I've been trying to write things down thanks to your comments. I typed a short version of events of my life from junior school to my accident the change in me after. The loss of things I loved Karate the most Football Rugby any sport I was into then after my accident it all changed both mentally and physically. As soon as I read it I could see the cause of all my carnage through life..My Accident in 1983 when I ran out from behind a bus and was hit me at 30mph. That day changed my life forever. Thanks to your awesome comments about writing stuff down as its done wonders for me already..my journey continues πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

It's amazing how we can see things more clearly once we get them outside our heads by writing them down. Keep up the good work! πŸŒΌπŸ‘

It's so good I've never read it back to myself I only managed the facts but wow its helping come to terms with the what if and maybes of my life. The silent acceptance within myself is hard work but I've 37 years of hard yaka under my belt so I'm ready for this it's tough but good reading thankyou for your guidance with this 1πŸ‘πŸ‘
