Showing my Doctor my disabilities for the first time

I'm seeing my doctor at 12:30 today. This is the first time any doctor will see my disabilities for what they are EVER. I've done so many balance and memory tests over the last few weeks and nothing changes so it's time to show the professionals that I need support moving forward. This is massive for me today as my tbi and balance problems I've hidden and tried to fix myself without success for 37 years...here's to a brighter future hopefully👍👍
