I'm in constant pain at the moment (you did ask)....with the arthritis after weeks of joinery, gardening & paving. So I'm sitting here with hands soaked in Arnica gel and bandaged as Arnica is the consistency of syrup ! I'm awaiting splints in the mail after a call from the orthotics nurse last week. ....Oh joy......🥴

I find it slightly embarrassing that the pharmacy deliver my meds in two carrier bags...I'm on a variety steroids (topical, inhalers, oral and periodic injections) and I empathise with the hunger/weight issues. Why can't they just give us a craving for celery instead of carbs?
