8 years!

Today marks 8 years since my brain haemorrhage due to an AVM in my brain stem.

8 years!! It has passed in the blink of an eye,That day back in 2012 changed my life forever:- low mobility, short term memory, confusion, Neuro fatigue, speech problems, but I’m so lucky to be here & to be alive/a survivor.

Big thanks to the NHS for saving my life.. the surgeons, the doctors, the nurses, the porters, the canteen staff, they all played their part.

Yes I was Wazza, but slightly earlier. Admitted in Dec 2011 and discharged in the February. Brilliant hospital & staff second to none..... x😏
