Hi all and happy Friday, I really try my best to give out some positive vibes on these groups to help you get through your day or week and hopefully it helps?

Everyone is going through their own difficulties and challenges but even when I was at my lowest point during the early stages of recovery I really focused on the vision of me being happy and positive in the future. Not knowing if I was even going to get through that day. I write my posts to show that I’m now enjoying each day and each moment in the present with no expectations as this new person I have become. I hope you get a chance to read it’s on kavitabasi.com . Thank you
