If you are on Instagram there is a small icon on the top right hand corner that looks like a TV and if you click on this it will take you to instragram TV. Otherwise you can just follow the link of the instragram page I have mentioned. If not then you can also just download the IGTV app.

Yes it’s only on for 24 hours but I am doing this weekly so every Sunday. Hope you can join or watch the next one. It’s going to be about relationships with friends x
