YELLO. why is there hardly any Headway Charity shops when Headway do such a good support service. TBI SURVIVORS , could do little voluntary sessions in the shop to ease them ba ck into the working world with no pressure. make them feel worthy.

When i have stuff for the charity shop i would love to give to headway as they are helping me with my recovery. I am in YORK.

Hi, I fully understand your feeling regarding volunteer positions generally as an aid to get back into work. How succesful have you been in finding one that's right for you and are you receiving any guidance or support from a local NHS OT ? We are at the same stage with my wife's recovery and struggling to find the right challenge for her.

Regards
