amytipalyne besides being a pain killer is also an anti depressant.

you need to get it checked out, because what youre suffering maynot be vertigo, i cant remember the name but it i suffered from it.

as far as the light is concerned, i wear sunglasses or this may bring on an epileptic seizure. likewise with noise, my wife will check a pub out before we go in, because i can get very rude and aggressive if people noisy

Thanks for reply. The virtigo has resolved. They think along with the definite b12 defiency I also have post concussion syndrome. The low dose of amitriptyline was to help headaches but the side effects too much for me. I couldn't go anywhere like a pub yet. Hope that day comes soon. I do have dark glasses. I wish you well as I don't know your diagnosis.

I have had several brain operations, and i cannot stand some noises,to be more precise its the frequency of the noise i dont like. After my second op,it has also left me with tinitus, which a certain noise/frequency makes it worse.

i suffer with that. it was a result of my brain injury, theres some deafness also. my doc referred me to the audiologist, who fitted a hearing aid, but that was just like having a block in my ear and didnt do any good.

if i go to a pub or restaurant, my wife will go in and make sure its quiet before we go in.

Sounds horrid. Is your vision okay?

if youve stopped taking amitriptyline, then the dizziness should have stopped.
