Me pre & post haemorrhage.

Thought I’d expose myself..

1st pic is 10 year old me.

2nd pic is me and my youngest niece at the cinema sporting 3D glasses ( which I can no longer use due to double vision)

3rd pic is me and my cousin enjoying a beer (I don’t drink these days)

4th pic is me in a coma.

5th pic is pretty much me now.

I don’t remember the before/other me and seeing pictures is strange

It feels poignant viewing these stages of your life in a single setting Wazza. I'm not sure I've ever encountered this arrangement before and it's a strangely touching seeing someone's life in a nutshell.

How sad that you no longer recognise your former 'selves' ; and odd that they're strangers to you now. My memory of the period between my haemorrhage and 4 weeks on is lost forever and short term memory isn't good, but long term is unaffected.

Hope it doesn't trouble you unduly, and you're managing to make new memories...…. xx

Always makin new memories Cat 😁 it doesn’t trouble me, I just find in very strange/weird that I don’t recognise myself.

I can't even imagine how it feels ; just good to know you've dealt with it Wazza. Keep adding to the photo album for a whole new history. x
