So after much hesitation, I went to our DEG - Disable Employees Group and I highlighted updates from the last and first time I attend, I got asked to ask my manger about some mind policy about stating how my brain injury effects me in my day to day work (I will add tomorrow what its called if Bruce comes on he should also be able to mention it) and as I predicted my manager has no idea what I was on about so I passed that back and I mentioned about yesterday meeting and how my mentor was going to de throne my line manager and collueage and the chair of DEG said she would happy join him in doing so (and I hope when I tell BIRU this they will want part as well I think I need all the backing I can get, even HWB said they would be willing to come in and explain the effects to our department as they have just done it to all the local job centres) and they want to do a internal story about what Ive gone though and how Ive been treated (as Im not the only one that has been shunned by higher ups and have the fight in me not to back down) as I said I want to build on my Headway article and they were delighted at that so watch this space I knew I survived to change the world its just taken me 10 - 17 years to make it happen.

it starts with the local authority to pave the way and get its staff better for the rest to want to follow and if he wants to get re-elected he cant just talk the talk he has to walk the walk to back it up and he did use to work in the mental health sector so you would think it would be one of his many many prioritises

I will also mention sorry I mean remind that everytime I mention to HWB that I am schedule to see BIRU I think they get worried as they have said normally BIRU would get involved Hmmm lets see when I went to you HWB asking for help you said you couldnt help me and passed the buck to BIRU who put me on this medication that caused these nearly career changing side effects and despite me expressing concerns over having to see the person everytime I come to the social group you run and how uncomfortable it makes me feel the only thing you can do it try and seperate us but it doesnt stop him looking at me why his now pregnant girlfriend smooches over you and Im sure its not just me that feel uncomfortable as they are view the group and a kissy kissy date trip when it isnt and even though "you have told them not to do it" they (like you) FORGET so I feel like I cant attend and you really dont seem to care enough !!!!
