Hi there and a very belated welcome.
My best advice would be to ring the Headway helpline and ask the wonderful people there.
Sorry it's taken so long to reply but I can't always read enough and end up missing ages of posts.
Just noticed a drop down at the top of the page which allows you to organise by "unanswered" and that is how I found your post.
