Back of head pain & eye pressure

7 months ago I felt a weird pressure behind my right eye and a clogged ear. It's still there. They've checked my sinuses (all clear) and I've had MRI's and CT/CTA's of both my head, neck, and right orbit that all come up normal yet I still have constant sensitivity on the right side of my head and a pain at the base of my skull. Pressure behind the right eye is still there too...Running out of ideas and doctors to help. Much obliged! Any one experience something similar? Thanks!

Have you tried a chiropractor or physical therapy? Neck muscles run all the way to your eyes. I have the same problem at times, good posture and neck exercises to increase flexibility help. Though I get ear pressure too, haven't figured that one out yet.

I've been seeing a chiro about 2x a week for the last month--when she did an x-ray, she noticed I had reverse curvature of my neck which she stated could be a factor, but wouldn't contribute to the level of pain I'd been experiencing--but hoping the neck correction is a step in the right direction!

The neck adjustments got rid of my headaches, but cause lightheadedness a couple days afterwards for me.

Have you been to an optician ? It’s the pressure I’m thinking about. 🤗

Indeed--did a full eye test and pressure test all which came out normal. Absolutely baffled...

Same here

Find a dentist who specialises in bite problems. I have this problem - my bite is not quite straight and so I bite heavily on one side of my mouth, especially in my sleep. It gives me really awful headaches one side of my head, into my neck and around my eyes and forehead. If you cannot afford this, go to Boots and buy a mouth guard that can be shaped to help you bite properly. It really works!
