No my aunty lives a 20 min walk away from the centre so im not in the sticks but it would be nice, I think its just the automatic pressure building up but the get away was needed

I had a period with very bad experiences and now some inanimate object provoke anxiety and even panic, I've diagnosed myself with Pavlov's syndrome.

At the time I wanted to move to a different city but that wasn't practical, although we did move later.
