medically my accident (minor according to hospital at the time) is the cause of my symptoms , legally how do I prove it . any body got any ideas or managed to do it thanks

I'm pretty sure that Headway can recommend a solicitor who specialises in accident claims. Did your injury happen in the workplace Smurf ?

yes and have a solicitor but other side saying what I have cant be caused by what happened

Your solicitor should have advised you to ask for your medical notes from the accident, and back up from any follow-up doctors such as your GP.

Hi Have you tried a no win, no fee Solicitor, I had a fall in Morrisons and hurt my wrist, I have just had a operation on the wrist (still early days ) Morrisons have accepted responsibility BUT I have still had to contact a solicitor so they can sort the settlement out. Why can they not just make me a offer and I could sort this out but that’s too easy a solicitor is the way you do things today. If you are working is your union any help? They do have a legal department, also your home insurance, or as Cat has said headway. You could make an appointment with your doctor and ask to see your medical reports on your accident then photocopy them and once you have them you might get a response. Hope it helps

You can find solicitors with the Law Society Lexel quality mark on their website a search for your area can be done under Personal Accident/injury, it will bring up all solicitors in your area who are specialists in Personal injury, some will have the Lexcel logo.
