My mother fell down stairs January 22nd 2011 causing left front lobe damage. 5 years later on January 22nd 2016 I suffered SAH & meningitis resulting in left front lobe damage. Now the last couple nights at 1.22 on the dot I've been waking up, do you think this is due to the date of our accidents which seem to be playing with my brain at the moment. They say if you picture clock hands before you go to sleep, you will wake at your pictured time. Luckily I don't have problem getting back to sleep. Just wanted to share & hopefully move on from 1.22
Maybe you guys if feeling up to it can picture a clock before going to sleep. Imagine the hands going around for a couple of minutes then stopping at the time you wish to wake up. Give it a go & leave your comments of your results. In the meantime hope your all well, & take care

Will give it a go. My grandad once told me you can make yourself wake up at set time by tapping your pillow same number of times as you want to wake up like tap 6 times to wake up at 6 o clock.
Thank you peeps, if anyone wants to join & you got time lol boom boom, sorry about that my sense humour stupid since my bI, I laugh at everything but suppose it's better than crying, now I'm getting side tracked. As I was saying before you go to sleep picture a clock & the hands going around, then stop at the time you want to wake or like keeley24 said tap your pillow. I'm going to try both, 7am sounds good gotta get this 1.22 out a my head. Have good night all & i'll let you know tomorrow how this goes x
Hi Cat, thought you were going to say you were annoyed coz you can't get picture & time outa your head for minute lol. Well I got a morning call from my daughter 7.30 before she left for school so my 7 am was a fail but I didn't wake at the dreaded 1.22am. Hope your well & let me know how you go If you remember. Sam x
