Hi, I suffered my B.I 18 months ago & have no sense smell & taste since my injury. It seems quite common problem & nobody knows if it will come back. I know from my experience, it effects my eating pattern & I never fancy eating anything much but know I have to eat to survive. There is no enjoyment in eating but I have now realised hot peri peri sauce makes my tongue tingle so find myself adding this to almost everything I eat lol. No smell also meant I could clean up the dogs mess in the garden no problem. Hope you can find something you enjoy the texture to, not the same I know but don't forget to eat x
