I wonder if you have any noticeable leg muscle weakness/pain ( weakness/muscle fatigue can cause shaking ) ? Incoordination of muscle groups ( ataxia type injuries ) can also have this effect. One for your physio, I suspect. Squats and steps are high level muscle workouts and strengtheners if you are able to do them. These days I just ensure I walk plenty to keep my muscles as toned as they can be : ) Angela x
