A head injury seems to be one of those things that you don't really understand until you have had one and then only after someone sits you down and explain it - sometimes in very harsh words.
I was vert impressed when I read today that Canadian rugby player Jamie Cudmore contacted a fellow player - George North with the express intention of explaining to him the consequences of not resting after a concussion.
