New tenuous attempt at brain repair

Feroglobin! It claims to wake you up a bit and lift fatigue with a boost in iron. I've been taking it for about a week and I'm feeling a bit chirpier.

Placebo effect? Real? Who cares, it seems to be doing something! Maybe give it a go?

Liver is the most iron-packed food you can eat. Black pudding is also a good source of iron, but you shouldn't eat it regularly as it's processed meat. My personal favourite though is very dark chocolate.

If it works go for it, placebo or not the reason unless it's reasurch isn't important.

Time will tell whether it benefits you or not, and I presume it will have an accumulative effect. Just be aware that iron supplements can sometimes cause havoc with digestive transit.

An update in a few weeks would be helpful Ben. x
