I agree Annie that health issues can be the cause of intense loneliness, especially when we feel obliged to keep them hidden, or minimised, to protect loved ones.

I can't imagine life without Headway since my BI ; it's the only place I feel 'At home' these days ! So glad we managed to lift your spirits a little. See you again soon I hope, Cat x

Thanks Cat - I would feel VERY lonely without Headway- my family are great, but I cant go on to them all the time! it has been a real lifeline for me just reading the posts!
