Hi Ruby

Make the most of the help while you are getting it.

Keep the attitude it's one of if not the biggest factor in making the best of your new life.

Keep up the good work.

Love n hugs

Absolutely okay Ruby : )

Most of us want to be as independent as possible ! I'm taking steps in my increasing disability to enable me to still carry out tasks - stools for personal care , food prep/washing up/recycling as I cannot safely be on legs for too long. I am looking at wheelie garden seats as I love my garden and want to continue looking after it myself. Doing jobs you would normally do standing up using a seat can help save energy and be safer if weakness/ balance is an issue. Remember to pace/ prioritise - I know it's hard ! We want to do everything like we did before but the body just says no ! : )

Rest when you need to and ask for help if you are struggling. All the best, Angela x
