High John ; hope it's been a good day for you. Just back from my daughters and winding down watching TV now.

well I can say it was one of the worst days I have had health wise for a long time

woke up 1.30 am Christmas day in a lot of pain from vaccination damage +I got a trapped nerve in my hip could only just walk , thinking not going to be too good today then I got pain in my stomach all day night my fault forgot to take tablet

then to top it all got a massive migrane attack you know the one with the bright lights so sat in house on my own , but I look on the bright side I am still here

and there are a lot of people worse of than me, feeling a little better now

hope you all had a better day than me ,at least I did not get Flu

Oh, I'm sorry to hear what a rotten day it was for you. But 'Still being here' is something we make do with more & more as time passes, which is a shame because we're as deserving as the next person of some quality of life !

But I'm so glad you're a bit better today ; there's not much to compete with the pain of a trapped nerve, followed my migraine, so I can imagine your relief now it's under control.

I'm having a very lazy day today ; just me and some left-over turkey & mince pies, and DVDs of favourite films....................one upside of memory issue is that I can keep watching same movies, or read same books, without remembering what comes next !
