Day 13 so have now taken delivery of my 3 seater recliner but unfortunately new two seater recliner insight and after calling customer services and had to wait for over 11 mins to chat with someone then to be told it's out of stock and they would let me know when it's in stock and then would have to wait for another delivery date! Harvey's your a complete joke so to help you improve on your Customer service and that celebrity to produce goods that your selling I've wrote to emails the first is to my solicitor because if you think your getting away with this without giving me some form of compensation then your seriously mistaken the Second email is to trading standards I'm pretty sure taking money for a service or item that's not given or provided is illegal. I will never be using Harvey's again and will be telling my friends to stay well clear of Harvey's !!!!!!!!!

Apparently they are the most complained about furniture store in the UK... which does not help you any at all. I hope you get this resolved asap as nobody needs unnecessary stress in their life.
