If you click on your name on the top bar next to the green HealthUnlocked it will bring down a menu. Click on 'messages' which will take you to another page where you can send a private message to Cat using her user name.

Oh Strawberry you poor thing.

I only know a little about you, but like 'Cat' you and her seem always to be there with wise kind words that keep me going. I wish i could brighten your day a little for you in return.

My older sister was contacted me last week (her husband has just left her just after she lost her job as a nurse). I didnt know what to say in my text so i wrote ' i am sending you a little pocket of happiness - just take a little out as and when you need it'. It seemed to help - so i will send you a small pocket full with this text.
