Alex, you looked very apprehensive getting into that plane ( quite understandably) but the jump was a joy to watch & your relief was palpable after landing.

What a brave endeavour that was for Headway ; I hope you're really, really proud of yourself for taking on such a scary challenge.

Alex, well done. Nice to see you enjoyed the thrill of it all. 

At the same time it made me feel a bit sad because just a few months before my daughter's accident she decided she wanted to try skydiving. We have a similar video of her jump. When she was in rehab we hung all sorts of photos on her wall including those from the skydive. Unfortunately she still can't remember that day. 

At the end you are asked if you'd do it again. She was asked this too and replied most emphatically, NOOOOOO!!!
