Colouring in books - a re discovered pleasure.

It has been great to re discover my childhood pleasure of colouring in books and the enjoyment of sitting with the radio on scrabbling around in my box of coloured pencils to find a colour to suit the beautiful Mandalas in 'The Mindfulness ' colouring book.

A simple pleasure , which engages my brain in a non challenging way but brings huge enjoyment.

Amazon's counts many of them amongst their best sellers and I highly recommend them as a happy pastime !

Yeah, wish I ( or someone on my behalf) had thought of this in my early recovery days . I eventually found cooking was my relaxing but productive pastime - Just follow the recipe. Shame it still isn't now I have to be back at work ......
