Hahaha see mine at back and base of skull and because blunt trauma I didn't have a laceration but I do have a rather big step in my occipital bone from the fracture and that you can feel even through my hair 
I bet mine just a big ridge just used to it now girls gonna buy me bolts for neck for xmas and paint me green x
