Hi did anyone get the proper care after there accident, my sister had the run around trying to get someone to believe in her injuries. Know proper after care and half of a medical notes are wrong and they say she has extra xrays when she aint had them. And she has just found out? And what evidence the solicitor used in her claim i don't know she has suffered enough and to not use the proper evidence is discraceful and ended up with a very low sum for her injuries recieved. And the neurologist who the solicitor organised said everything was ok. And also her witness statement of injuries was'nt used. I am just dropping a line on her behalf. xx She was wearing a seat belt but no mention of that or a full medical report. Then it turns out way after her claim medical notes turn up highlighting something on her xray. But says its nothing sinister. That fact is she did,nt have this xray at the time they say she had it. But she did have an xray at the time of her injuries; and one not long after that. But not 10 years later.

She got no advice about sick pay or disability. And no exsplanation of her symptons all they said it was concussion and take pain killers. Then later on after her compensation was coming to an end. said she had to find another G.P. And she had problems ever since. And has not been able to get disability or anything. This has made things a whole lot worse and the fact her doctor also said her scan showed up nothing, So she has only had two xrays near the time of her accident. And she has not had another for at least 12 years Not of her head and neck anyway. They send her for other xray's. But when she has asked for an xray on her head and neck lately they wont give her one.

xxxx . liz
