I've asked him but he doesn't reply and there doesn't seem to something there that is out of reach... He can't move his left side .. Many thanks

Does he have epilepsy? Some seizures are like that. Otherwise I've no idea !

No he's on a two strong anti seizure drugs and it's purposeful ... I've asked the nurse and she said he's over compensating cos he can't move his left arm... But it looks like he's doing it for a reason.. "Like he grabbing something, like he seeing something that's not there another thing he's doing is taking something off his tongue.. I say what is that and he says chewing gum... He hates chewing gum .. Strange eh

I wipe my right cheek and have been doing that since I first came out of the coma, it feels wet all the time, but it isn't. I keep thinking I've dribbled or drooled out of that side of my mouth, but I haven't, so that's over 2 years now, can only put it down to nerve damage in my casexxxx

Yeah maybe that what it is... It's been over five weeks now since his last bleed and operation .

Is he up on his feet or lying down still ?

It could be illusions from the drugs or the brain injury itself. I am not on medication and sometimes see things that are quite there or a vision problem where he can see things but not tell how far away they are - again quite common

He is sitting up in a support chair, it should be up to two hours but half an hour and that's him done. Cos he has such as sore bottom . He is still on a lot of drugs at the moment , they changed his pain killers the other day for a stronger one for nerves in his shoulder .. Cos he's had lots of bleeds and a stroke maybe you're right about it being a brain injury thing that he's gonna do. And has relearn not to do it or learn where it is... It's not something I'm gonna correct him or should I?

I guess the physio or rehab team would be the best to advise but from my own experience the more movement there is the less work there is later and trying to stop it may cause Tim some anxiety
