hi l am 77 and started my post menopause bleed journey in November 2021.
In December 2022 l had a partial hysterectomy the tests following this showed level B carcenoma infiltrated into 1.9 cm endo.
Forward to 6 weeks ago l had completion of hysterectomy and now been referred to cancer specialist.
I am to have brachytherapy in about 3 weeks time to hopefully curtail all traces of cancer. My query is does brachytherapy cause a level of burning to the patient and how can l help myself post procedure please.
