TSH 2.9 (Reference 0.4-4); FT4 0.948 (Reference 0.89-1.76) ; FT3 4.8 (Reference 2.4-4.2). Should I be Worried.

I was feeling high heart beat for last few days. Doctor suggested these tests and results show TSH and Free T4 values within reference range but a very high Free T3. What does this indicate?
