Went with friends to a cafe yesterday for lunch, the menu was very wheaty

So I explained to the cook what my needs were and she very kindly made me a cheese and tomato omlette with salad, although they omlette was way too cheesy, she was very understanding and told me it was no trouble and I was welcome back there anytime...
