Have you tried googling them & viewing foodie mags/ calling local markets, councils etc?
Recommend Allergy Show in London allergyshow.co.uk/index.php - not on until May but worth a visit and all major providers there and lots of samples.
If you join a local Coeliac group they will have information about fair that are in your area
