I came across a site that lists the vitamins and minerals that are needed by your body to maintain good physical and mental health. It has explanations of what amount of every vitamin and mineral is required for by your body .. it also has a click-by-click link into every food type and what each food contains. There is also a chart showing how much your body requirements are on a day-to-day basis.

Firstly, make a list of all of the foods that you are eating on a daily basis and then click onto them and find out what they contain. By doing this you should be able to see if there are any shortfalls of any vitamins and minerals and which foods you could try adding to make up any shortages.

EXAMPLE OF AVAILABLE INFORMATION:

..................Vitamin A......Vitamin C......Vitamin D......Vitamin E......Vitamin K

Men...........900 µg..........90 mg............5 µg..............15 mg............120 µg

Women......700 µg..........75 mg............5 µg..............15 mg.............90 µg

WHICH VITAMINS AND MINERALS ARE REQUIRED, HOW MUCH DO YOU NEED TO BE HEALTHY, WHERE CAN YOU FIND THESE VITAMINS AND MINERALS:
