I'm going to the IACF fair Monday and was hoping to find a nice place for lunch nearbyish. I would travel further if it sounded worth the trip, especially if gf ales are served. I miss having a pint in a pub.
Many thanks.

check out coeliacmap.com
Hi.
Thanks for that. I looked at it yesterday and couldn't figure out how to use it. How do you do a search for the area you're looking for? I tried clicking on where I thought would be nearby, but I ended up finding Brent Cross and just clicking the up button repeatedly until I got to St Albans.
I usually click the area round it, then make it bigger slowly. If you want to drag it then click and drag the mouse at the same time (when you get the grabbing hand) like a google map.
Hi hollyann,
if you click the 'map' tab, next to the 'home' tab just above it will give you a search option, and you can then enter your postcode in and it should give you more direct information and places of GF places near you.
Thanks for posting the link sassyl it's handy to have a look around on there, as my mum is coeliac (diagnosed for 1year now) and I find it hard to take her out any where so this is great.
Also weatherspoons (wheatsheaf inns) usually do GF things, but don't take that as a certainty, always best to pop into your local one just to check, or ring up.
Thanks for the tip on how to search. That's just what I couldn't figure out myself.
