hi Mosqueta. The best thing I can recommend is to eat lots of veggies and fruit. If you aren't a fan of cooking then check out this site: bbcgoodfood.com/content/rec...

There's loads of different recipes, they are rated for how easy they are and people comment on them. I hope that's some help?

Hi, Well done in your weight loss.

could I ask did you follow the extra easy plan?

I was a member but have lost the plot of healthy eating (she says eating a wispa). I don't have coeliacs but autoimmune thyroid taking levo for this, (plus DH but the doctor won't say this,it goes away when I eat GF).

I was thinking of returning and would like some advice.

I used weight watchers and lost two stone! It was simple, a few of their frozen meals are gluten free for that quick meal and if you join online its really simple! Best of luck!

Thank you laura! It just seems lack of time sometimes to eat the right food! I might join weight watchers to lose some pounds!

Try to avoid the 'free from' food in the supermarkets, if you can. They will pile the weight on!

I find a combination of healthy eating and exercise (zumba in my case) works for me. If its got chocolate on - don't eat it! You will only want more. Instead of bread gf of course, I use a cos lettuce as my sandwich, filling it with lots of salad and a bit of grated cheese.

Definitely avoid the free from....M&S salmon fishcakes have about 820calories per fishcake and their chicken crispbakes have a whopping 910 calories each! It was a real shock because they aren't exactly big things but eat 2 and there goes a day's worth of calories....I need to lose some weight so I am going back to cooking from scratch
