Today, I spoke to someone else who is gluten sensitive. They told me about the difficulties of having to explain themselves to others.
I quipped, ‘I don’t like your cooking,’ as a cheeky answer. They chuckled.
All of the above are very difficult and poorly understood illnesses for us.
